How We Use Email When you provide us with your email address, we may send you email regarding both order confirmation & shipment, customer service information, or the promotion of our own products and services. The majority of our email communications are in the form of timely, money-saving specials designed to give our customers value and purchasing incentives. We do not rent, sell, or in any way market the email addresses on our subscriber list. It is our intent to send promotional email only to those persons who wish to receive them. If for any reason you no longer wish to receive email communications from Odehya.com, please reply indicated your desire to be removed and you will be immediately removed from our email list. Our Secure Ordering Process We have stringent security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you, so you can feel comfortable and secure when shopping. Any credit card information you enter on our site is strongly encrypted by industry-standard protocol. If for any reason you feel uncomfortable shopping with us online, we invite you to contact us by phone. Return Policy The products at odehya.com are not “mass” produced.  Each one is individually designed and created one-by-one by the artist.  As a result, great pride, skill and a lot of thought go into each art piece.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when you receive it, you may return unused items sold by Odehya.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. If the return is a result of our error, we'll also pay the return shipping costs. Please call us and we will guide you through the process. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Odehya.com does not accept returns of custom ordered products.   Partial Refunds may be offered for items returned more than 30 days after delivery, that have obvious signs of use, or not returned in the condition it was received. Exchanges If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the returns policy before placing your new order.    Large Items Shipped By Specialty Carriers We are happy to accept returns for large items that are shipped via our specialty shippers.  Please contact us and we'll guide you through the process. Note: Returns that are not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund. Warranty Artwork is warranted for life of the original owner against workmanship and material defects, excluding, but not limited to negligence or damage caused by sources outside the control of Odehya - such as damage caused by the forces of nature, etc.  However, should you need repairs, Odehya will grant a fair estimate. For products not manufactured by odehya, please contact the product manufacturer directly for the warranty. Termination Odehya may terminate your right to use its web site immediately without notice to you if, in its sole discretion, you fail to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions for its use. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the Odehya Web Site. However, the restrictions imposed upon you with respect to material copied or downloaded, and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms and Conditions, shall survive such termination. These Terms and Conditions constitute the sole and entire terms and conditions on which you are permitted to use the Odehya Web Site. Clearance, "as is" or discounted items Odehya.com may occassionally sell products that have been returned from customers, are slightly damaged, have been repaired, or contain other defects that may result in an offer of savings on the original purchase price. We guarantee that the product description on the website will accurately represent all visual defects.  These products are warrantied against visual discrepancy with the description on the Odehya.com web site only for a period of 14 days.   Due to the condition of these products, particular care must be used when unpacking, handling or mounting.  Odehya does not provide a warranty on the workmanship and material defects beyond normal handling in the first 14 days.
